I work with people who are navigating that kind of grief: the kind that doesn't fit neatly into a sympathy card, the kind that shakes your faith to its foundation, and the kind that leaves you wondering whether healing is even possible. My specialties are traumatic grief, religious deconstruction, and psychedelic integration — three areas that are deeply interconnected and often misunderstood by the broader mental health community. I bring more than two decades of clinical experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas, along with over ten years as a licensed supervisor. My therapeutic approach draws from Narrative Therapy, Existential Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy — but my most important credential is lived experience. I lost my children. I walked through a shattering of faith that followed. And I found my way to healing through a path I never expected. In 2024, I completed the Psychedelic-Assisted Therapies and Research program at the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) — one of the most rigorous and respected training programs in the field. As a Texas-based practitioner, I do not administer psychedelic substances. What I offer is the clinical and personal expertise to walk alongside you before, during, and after a psychedelic experience: preparation to help you set clear intentions and reduce risk, harm reduction for those exploring outside of clinical settings, and integration to help you translate a profound experience into lasting change.
