By early 2023, after navigating a series of personal and professional storms, I hit a wall. Success on the outside no longer compensated for the ache I felt within. I needed something more than another framework or life hack. I needed something real. That's when I turned toward psilocybin. My first guided journey cracked something open. In a single, humbling encounter, I saw parts of myself I’d long buried—grief, fear, longing—and for the first time, I didn’t run. I softened. I stayed. And in that space, something shifted. Compassion replaced criticism. Clarity emerged where confusion once lived. A new path began. But the real work started after the ceremony—through integration, reflection, and choosing, again and again, to align with what I had seen. That journey changed everything. It deepened my capacity as a person and an executive coach. It redefined how I lead. And it sparked a calling I couldn’t ignore. Today, the Mind-Shift Network is where those two paths meet: The analytical meets the intuitive. The strategic meets the sacred. The startup playbook meets the soul. Whether I’m guiding a founder through business growth or holding space for someone in ceremony, the work is the same at its core: Helping people see clearly, reconnect with themselves, and move forward with integrity, purpose, and power.
